Photojournalism

The Photojournalism stream was debuted in StoryCasters 2.0 with trainer Isabella Melody Moore, a photojournalist based in Sydney who values immersive research, using portraiture and documentary to create socially and culturally driven essays. Isabella’s work is regularly published in major international publications, including The New York Times and The Guardian. The program focused on telling stories through photos, conveying information and capturing moments in time. Participants were taught that the genre aims to present unbiased and factual accounts of events, often emphasising the human element and the impact of the story.
