Media production company Phoenix Eye mentored 15 young emerging screen producers over 12 weeks from their base in Fairfield. They were trained in interview techniques, camera operation, editing, directing, storyboarding and scriptwriting. In stage 2 of the project, the StoryCasters were commissioned to undertake interviews and reviewers.
They began production on video interviews, spotlighting culturally diverse creatives and their work. Covid lockdowns have delayed these being finalised and we anticipate completion after the second Sydney lockdown.
